totally agree on your ML comments, whilst going off the company forecast it seems delayed but in reality it's not - its just going through the process. Moreover its a good thing in my opinion that its not being rubber stamped, as you say its highlighting improved oversight and the government's intent to put the right foot forward with its reform of the mining sector. Both of which would be beneficial for us in the long term
