The DRC is issuing the mining license on their terms.
At the end of the day, it is their resource.

I am an AVZ shareholder and not mistaken that that is how the cookie crumbles.

I don't know if you think the rules are different, if you do, better reread the rules book, or have a word with Nigel.

I am sorry for being so harsh, but it is a simple fact of life, I am not negative.
