this one could be for the market, financiers +equity debt entity participants
The optimised DFS this article is alluding to in the hands of the Directorate of Mines, (i presume that's what the article is saying ) already shows the resources updates perhaps that's what DRC govt ministries want to see...and not necessary to see roskil new forecast updates
