Its not how the world, or the DRC a Sovereign Government works.
The Management of AVZ push their luck on their announcements a tad too much, which is likely why they have started to pull their head in a bit.
No control what so ever on decision making in the DRC and if FT is half the guy people here proclaim better to not rush anything to do with new mining projects.
They do not even have constriction listed with a potential start date never mind commissioning in their latest update.
Maybe good legal advice, as misleading the market can have serious repercussions and I think they have already used up their nine lives. A wise decision IMO.
A good very long term buy at these levels but a lot of bridges to still cross.
