Exactly not the DRC. Like it or not the Chinese will be involved with AVZ, in a non controlling capacity, so if that makes you nervous you better leave.
It's not such a bad thing because they do have the capacity to do things efficiently. They have signed OTs and desperately need lithium to feed their battery battery plants. They will make sure the AVZ mine construction is progressed in a timely manner.
