We need to send a clear message. Our BOD did not take a paycut like quite a few other mining executives during the pandemic, and have instead receieved sizeable bonuses without purchasing any shares. It's a massive slap in the face. However, I fear the no vote will be unsuccessful. The atrocious credit rasie at 13 cents was Nige and team making sure that anything they need voted through at an AGM could occur. Their mates will all certainly vote yes to these perfromance shares. Update on sector perfromance: everything is green. LTR and FFX (another African mining company with a lihtium and gold play) are rerating even more so. No perfromance shares promised there however...

If we can't even deliver a mining lisence before the end of this month, we'll be heading into the teens.
