Personaly, I do not believe we will be able to increase our ownership. I do not see what would be the reason for the DRC government to give us more ownership after they already granted us a SEZ (potentially OFC). AIMO
We would have to be in a position where the government want us to come but here they know we definitely want to come.
Maybe they have a written agreement with the DRC that specifies conditions for this increase I am not aware of?

I then believe they do not participate to funding because it is the way they decided to work with new projects but again I may be wrong.
