    why would Nigel be prematurely talking about what Mr Pei will need to cough up for a 10Mtpa throughput Plant when AVZ-CATH only just started studying the feasibility of it
    Whos interested in that now? Going ahead with the 10Mtpa and When,,, is of interest 1st and foremost
