Please read again, I said tantalex could have made objections, as they want to mine their piles of shit, I didn’t say tantalex is in the business of granting mining licenses.

Don’t you think it is curious tantalex became vocal again, the moment it became obvious that AVZ was going to move ahead?
Making an objection doesn’t mean they will be successful, but it could draw the process out, as the DRC is involved in both operations, has to be seen as being impartial and might lay down certain rules, so both operations can go ahead simultaneously.
To be honest I am curious how they want to ship their product out, how they expect to get access to power, where they want to process their crap, etc, etc.
The DRC is 30% involved in the tantalex operation and will also receive taxes and royalties from that operation.
It depends completely how the DRC sees the issue, as it should be clear as Klondike, that they want to maximise the entire operation, not only AVZ’s operation.
