Couldn't that be more of a reason to not sell it at 50c? NF has around 37million shares. 50c TO they're worth roughly $19mil, go to production with AVZ SP they could be 1,2 or more dollars/share. Why not wait and get it to production for what could be anywhere around $20-60+million extra within 2-3 years?
