DRC is likely looking at La Congolaise d'Exploitation Minière SA (25%) Cominiere, (the State-owned enterprise) and and Dathomir Mining Resources SARL (15%) (Dathomir, a privately owned company) rather than AVZ.

ie What kind of contracts do Cominiere and side deals Dathomir have, are they paying any strange fees or royalties to third-parties
