    Do people think the idea that the company is only being valued at a billion (market cap) is due to the recent deal which stated $240 mil for 24% of the project? Seems like a silly concept, but as we hover around the billion valuation and the various trades occurring this last week - maybe others only value the company at that amount that as well.
