Not only that, DRC government atm is pretty pre-occupied with Sicomines, Chinese government fighting on the back foot and not very happy. DRC is saying when are you going to build all those things you are supposed by contract.
Chinese also lost contract to finish zings dam project(s)
Would not be surprised if this fight has put a hand brake on things a little.
