I shall vote no to all 5 tranches.
However, it is great that we have reasoned views from both sides.
We Nos are probably peeing in the wind. As has been stated the BoD are probably 'owed' these shares for favours granted in the past.
Thus it will be waived through.
Also, if BoD amended, along the lines of elphamale's proposals (which I support), it would be a tacit admission of troughing.
For those reasons, I am resigned to losing but only have my votes to use in protest.
