The underlying message is clear and always has been IMO. No need to wonder if its $3-$10.
If we can take this to mining, have control of it, then it's going to be insanely massive and profitable.
It's just the risk around the above statement that needs to be derisked - ie mining license, chinese shadow sabotage/takeover tactics.
The only pleasing thing from DRC Government that I've seen to date in the past 12 months is that AVZ has been asked to present at the Africa Business forum. Apart from that, we have not heard anything from the DRC government in support of AVZ. They mention Manono many times, but that's easy to do. We know Manono will be mined, but the mining license will finally confirm that AVZ will be the ones to mine it. Until then it's all up in the air.
We have just heard posturing from our company and they're not exactly going to come out with messaging that says the DRC is difficult to work with and are unsure about giving us the mining license.
