What risks? CATH own a 250 mil stake, with 150 mil to come. This covers atleast 4.5Mtpa plus plants. There are already buyers via off takes.
And with how DRC are publicly discussing lithium (and AVZ as of this weekend - in the same breath as Tesla mind you), sovereign risk is the lowest it's ever been and approaching lower.
If modelling to be believed Transport is accounted for also. Though I admit, I'm not as educated on the Transport scenarios as I should be. Do we have any transport experts here?
