i will have to disagree with you on this point. Retail are far from insignificant in what they collectively hold...and are far from a minority if they choose to express their position through the AGM vote.
As a reasonably large retail holder...i will be demonstrating my position through the vote that these items asked for from shareholders do not meet my requirements of a win win position for the directors and shareholders alike.
Each to their own.....my vote is NO in its current proposition. Open to reviewing this position if hurdles are changed to better reflect what my thoughts are on milestones that benefit me as a shareholder and not basically gift directors with extravagant numbers of shares for what is essentially expected business as usual performance.
