Unless you can convince a number of top 10 - 20 to vote no against you are wasting time and effort. If you think you can organise 100's of disparate minority retail shareholders (many who have just bagged ,some 5 or 6 bagged in the last 18 months) to vote against mgmt for doing what equates to a essentially a adequate job albeit a little late on some tasks then go for it. My experience from general meetings is that retailers talk the tough talk anonymously on social media , but when bums are on seats in the meeting room you seldom hear a peep. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk.

You can be almost guaranteed that all top 10 will vote Yes and prob all top 20 also but as is your right go ahead and Vote No if you wish. Chances of getting near a majority are a akin to a snowballs chance.
