An interesting hypothesis though very unlikely but would be magical . Imagine the following conversation arrising the the upcoming conference.

Interested partner "hey, we really like your project and have a proposition for you as we need lithium bad"
nigel "what are you proposing? We already have a deal with CATH for 24% for 240M.
INTERESTED PARTY "what if we offered you something better"
Nigel. Theres a 20M break contract fee.
Interested Partner "How about we cover those for you, and you give their deal to us and we fully fund the entire construction. We REALLY need this lithium bad!
Nigel. Do you take you whisky with dry or on the rocks?
