When I see the ever increasing lithium prices, in my opinion the only justification for performance shares to the management board is if they manage to accelerate the timeline against plan. Here I do not mean that we then constantly hear as an excuse that DRC is not delivering on time. This should be positively steered by the management board, which in my opinion can then be rewarded with performance shares.

And to clarify directly: by this I do not mean that the DRC should be exploited by pressure, but that the project should be driven forward with the necessary attention and emphasis
