Why leave AVZ of size comparison tables in all literature then? You can argue on the scale of deception but it is certainly not presenting reality to existing and potential shareholders. It is at very least an act that one would consider deceptive.
That's like Hungry Jacks telling shareholders "Most burgers sold*"
