    When COP rolls around the DRC is a major top 5 country in attendee's, regularly placing 2nd with hundreds of delegates going:

    The 3rd world will be keen to pursue the $100 billion pledge from the rich countries made earlier, so good luck to them for sending full teams. Also imagine Felix will be representing the African Union at COP26 as well. It's a big deal for them.
