@Roller62 They're administrators & perhaps fine for now, but you're not going to ask them to shepherd a major project into execution. My experience tells me that governments like to see the people who call the shots on the ground.

We'll never know, but my guess is that if we'd had senior management in the DRC over the past few months, we wouldn't still be waiting on a ML and we wouldn't have Nigel sending out absurd tweets because he wouldn't be disconnected from what's going on over there.
