Don't they ? everyone to my knowledge in WA has the same problem. If they don't that's because they are multinationals with 1000's of employee's worldwide many already onsite and I suspect use video conferencing extensively.
AVZ on the other hand has very few people and the ones we do have are key staff..
I know perhaps you should go and represent AVZ holders assuming your not in WA that is
