Great news today, for AVZ from someone who should know, the DRC government's Industrial Minister, Julien Paluku; direct quote:
This statement from the industrial minister basically guarantees a 10 Mtpa(H.U.G.E.!-2 times greater than PLS's 2 plants combined-M.C.6.9Bn )start up plant and that full funding is ready to come on board; already we have $400 million from CATH(CATL-largest lithium ion battery maker in the world)!
The affect on the lithium space of a 10 Mtpa plant(see below)-AVZ could easily ramp up to 20 Mtpa with another plant because of its other monster pegmatite amongst others; Carriere de L'Est
And....another billion dollars coming as well, for what?...Infrastructure?, Hydroxide plant?, building another plant?...so 20 Mtpa
With this size, and being in the lowest cost quartile AVZ will one day control lithium pricing and supply!
The re-rate is just beginning.
