Something i have been thinking about fecently is the proportion of retail to institutions. The top 20 own over 2/3 of the stock. Unlikely to change their positions majorly. Combine that with the hundred long term investors that own 1M+ and LTH that own 100k+ that doesnt leave too many shares avaliable to trade hands. Implications of this.
1. When she blows, its going to blow fast as supply wont be there when people want to buy (as we have seen over last 2 months in waves)
2.Daily SP will be determined by macro events irrelivent to fundamentals, this will lead to large swings, both UP and DOWN. Get ready for one hell of a bumpy ride on the AVZ roller coaster.
3. The roller coaster may go both up and down, but its destination is the moon.
