Another thing to consider is this: China provides "cheap debt" to poor countries around the world to develop their national infrastructure. Fast forward to PHASE II of the GFC, when global markets collapse under pressures of debt burdens, trade wars are started by inept dotards, etc...

What will the Chinese leadership do to placate its population? All this money squandered around the world for projects that do not clearly benefit the Chinese?

Not likely to influence the AVZ share price by lunchtime today, but a bigger risk, the more successful the Manono project and others like it become in the long term.
