Wouldn't you think it would make a lot of sense for Tesla to build the next Gigafactory in the DRC?

- They are already involved with CATL, and there's a very strong possibility that CATL build a hydroxide plant fed with AVZ's lithium
- Cut a deal with Glencore to use their Cobalt that is mined in the DRC
- Attending the DRC business forum
- Felix wanting win win partnerships/deals to process and build in the DRC.
