Based on comments coming from the DRC Govt over the past few months I get the feeling the ML is being deliberately held back. The Govt is waiting for suitable proposals to be presented by AVZ and possible partners to ensure greater processing of the raw material to be done within the DRC.
This is way the ML may not be issued before the Business forum.
I HOPE I AM WRONG.
