Yeah it's frustrating, feels like we could (and should) be way ahead of where we are at this point. Especially taking into account the preconditions of the CATH deal etc. Who knows, normal slow governmental bureaucracy or something along the lines as mentioned by @allmet ?
Sure seems like crunch time though and hopefully we won't still be in the dark within a few weeks.
