Now as much as most of us hate to admit. The company/Klaus whatever look after "shareholders".
50% of the share holders are in the top 20. Probably 75% in the top 50.

Now most if not all of these holders are not the ones selling out today. I'd bet my left knacker it's retail.
I can guarantee Huayou our large shareholder and all the Chinese are absolutely licking their lips right now at AVZ.

If Klaus sells 30M shares which drops the price and in turn
1) ink's a T/O deal @ 20c+
2) Significant interest from large insto's or funds
3) Triggers a new upwards trend to 15c next week
4) the list goes on

We will all have forgotten today and be lauding him.
Funny I remember option 3 occurring last time and it actually setting a new support and then test new highs.

If I was a betting man, I'd be hazarding a guess at a little of option 1-3.
As stated by others, no way he's risking jail time to sell out at (wait for it) a yearly low.

Again, director selling or large SH selling never a good look and never good short term.
But unless you bought because Klaus had 80m shares, then you shouldn't be selling because he now has 30M.

Thought number 3 for the day. This one a little tongue in cheek but maybe not that ludicrous.
Off market trade. KE to step aside. New chair, ML unmuzzled by the board of AVZ because ML is now on the board.

Certainly has enough skin in the game
