    excellent question. while it's not me your asking I've had similar concerns. Japan are exclusive aiming at hydrogen for their transport. and the recent New York Times article about America completely sheeting the bed (because trump is pro fossil fuel) with regard to Congo cobalt mines has put cobalt in the hands of China in same way as oil was owned by saudis
