Personally I feel that the mining licence is now priced in, however there still remains a significant discount for 'risk' being left on the table....

I believe a revised DFS on increased through-put will throw light on numbers many of us already know are there.

IMO AVZ's chinese partners and the DRC govt will want to ramp things up pretty quickly....which may result in very favourable tax incentives offered from the SEZ ...
