The ML is a matter of when, not if, governments and financial partners don't sign a pledge to develop an entire battery minerals industry just because they're bored.

This is big news for AVZ and the DRC itself, of course shareholders and potential investors on the sidelines want to see the ML signed asap, but you have to understand what they're trying to achieve here, it's not just a matter of 'here ya go, here's your ML, on ya bike', the DRC gov are trying to develop an entire industry that will support their countries economy, and good on them, of course there will be some teething issues and delays along the way
