Agree totally.
Would just add that the DRC government is there to look after the people/ country of DRC.
They have made this very clear.
They will take their time to get things right.
For DRC.
I would even guess that if time permits that might even include a little brinkmanship.
For all those who have spruiked what lithium and other renewable minerals will do for the country, please remember that when dissatisfied with the apparent speed of the process.
