Fair points lady Bruce, if you want to get sucked in to some downramping trolls rubbish opinion then be my guest. I'm only calling it out for what it is.

Nobody with a finger on the pulse was expecting the ML to eventuate during this forum, if it does it'll be very surprising.

The takeaway here is we now have official confirmation the DRC government is on board. After waiting for years that is a massive plus to me and a pretty good indication the rest is 'imminent'. Even if the DRC gov are a bit slow to their own party.
