No one knows when the mining licence will hit, suffice to say that we know it is imminent meaning that it could drop anytime soon, tomorrow, Friday, next week etc. and that is because nearly all of the 4 conditions have been satisfied, and the final one, the technical has positive feedback and we are just waiting for it to be ticked off.
The gamble is you try and trade AVZ, sell and buy, buy and sell etc. but personally I think that is unwise. Obtaining the mining licence is not like a DFS, which while an important document is a long way from a company beginning mine construction. In other words when the mining licence hits it will trigger significant things, like funds being now permitted to invest because the licence de-risks the company more, is a condition for the CATH(CATL) deal which assures funding and mine building, and a condition that will trigger more funding etc.
The granting of the mining licence therefore is not an insignificant event, and therefore I suspect it will re-rate the share price significantly. Therefore I think one is playing with fire if they sell now because with the granting of the mining licence the share price can go B.A.N.G.!
