Everyone goes on about Langford as if all lithium companies haven't got a clue about how to negotiate an offtake.

If Langford's true value is in deal making, let him do that. Keep him away from site and anything to do with day to day running of the project. Most importantly keep him out of the decision making process. He is an advisor, not a decision maker.
