I work in Africa and governments always give you unrealistic timelines for things, I think Nigel is learning this! You would not believe the incompetence that goes on, but the ML will come of course so little point worrying about the inevitable. I would much rather talk about expansion plans for AVZ and future JV partners as we start to grow into a monster mining company and maybe even something else?

I've never had a stock in my portfolio that I've given such a high degree of confidence to for success, under smart management ( which I think we have ) the sky is the limit with AVZ!
