    $450m raise over at LTR this morning. 10-15% discount to last closing price of $1.92. Pretty epic (I am not a holder). I raise this because I am pointing out the sheer excitement for the industry and the race to meet 2024 shortages. AVZ needs the DRC to pull the trigger and pull it now.
