    Nice workings mate. I like that base case its $0.92 aud for 20% discount rate but dfs was done on 10% discount rate. So were looking at $7.384 billion aud / 3.250 billion SOI = $2.272 AUD per share for 100% ownership

    or

    $2.272 aud x 75% (avz current share pre catl deal)
    = $1.70 aud per share.
