Haven’t posted for a while but with good reason.
On Wednesday at approx. 11 am I died on the table while undergoing dental surgery. That day there were angels in the operating room. They were the nurses who saved my life.
My life changed in an instant.
While I was in CCU with the many doctors and nurses fussing over me, the cords connected to my chest, the drips in my veins, the X-rays, the ultra sounds, my wife and daughters by my side I had time to reflect on what my life was and who I was as a man, a husband, a father and grandparent.
I will never take anything for granted again!
Just want to say thanks to Frank, Cozza and Cash ( I am sure I've missed someone but you know who you are) who sent me wishes and also those on HC whom I don’t know that wished me well. I got a warm fuzzy feeling knowing the AVZ family cared.
Update on the hats…….
The final proof was approved so the hats are currently being made and I hope to have these posted to you all soon. (Didn’t want anyone thinking I did a runner with the money)
You only have one life to live, so be sure to live it your way. Yes, you’ll have to eventually stop worrying what others think of your choices, but when you do, the life you’ve always imagined will become even more possible for you.
Today I live my life a new man.
