What an absolute rollercoaster AVZ has been the past couple of months.
I think the key take away for me on this is what ever happens dont panic, the market is a very irrational thing. looking at your portfolio at seeing minus 10%-15% in a matter of minutes can hurt but you need to take a step back some times.
If you are going to sell, sell based on a fundamental reason not out of panic.
