    Only 7 business days before Christmas now....and ministers generally meet on Friday....No guarantees but Nigel Ferguson the Managing Director of AVZ said that 'the mining licence will probably be an early Christmas present.'

    That trading halt can come at any time now and then B.O.O.M.!
