$600M for a processing plant to build --- which according to some here 90 percent already funded, meaning we still need to source 10 percent to build the plant which is equivalent to $60M---There are two ways to produce that $60m either loan from financial institution or script of less than 100M shares by way of share issue...What is the current SP of PLS by the way fellas hehehehe...IMHO so DYOR...
