If DRC wish for more control of AVZ plenty of ways to structure that.

1. They can buy into AVZ now at low prices.

2. Attain a bigger earn in after set up and say year 5 would be interesting.

3. This is $50B project so AVZ need to lift DRC share of it and a Project Finance Model covers that via dividends.

4. As Lithium prices conrinue to power on DRC is wasting valuable time and energy and $$$.

They won't wait to March. That's why the big orders are coming I'm from more investors....Tesla ??

Would certainly be aware by now....and don't forget the Japanese or French car manufacturers either.
