long timer here. Don’t post to much, just sit on the sidelines and read the good the bad and the stupid‍♂️
LTH’s have been well rewarded already and this will only continue to be the case overtime.
Has you mentioned peoples portfolios have grown considerably over the past twelve months by many $$$, I for one have sold a few along the way. Thanks to AVZ have brought our Third investment property this year purely down to AVZ.

Keep up the great work, there are a handful of people like yourself I respect .Your opinion and insight are great and well measured.
Your Tolerance for Bu$&@s$&T is far better than mine, hence the lack of posting on my part.
