I get that, ive been to Africa and many countries around the world, it can be very frustrating, i think Nigel knows this and gave himself that extra room, so he said before xmas, i think he is genuine, but the regulation and the crap you have to deal with will unfortunately take a little longer. Im sure Nigel has tried and pushed hard for the dates that he said, but its out of his hands, you cut force any government to do what you want, especially there. patience is the key.
