I re-watched the Fireside Chat video, it was a bit naive to think the ML was going to be delivered in 18 days, though no doubt there was some attempt at creating self fulfilling prophecies there. Otherwise though you'd have to think that they seem to have the support of the relevant individuals in govt and on the Chinese funding side. Matter of time.
