I cant make sense of that article at all...

There is no acknowledgement of scarcity of resource/production driven by an an increasingly rising demand... if manufacturing batteries was the problem, miners would be stock piling and consequently base resource costs plummeting... we know thats not happening ergo, WTF I just cant make sense of that article at all.
